Equiessence Safe Inner Peace Workshops for Children (SIP)

What is amazing about our children is not just how much they achieve daily but also the potential that they might achieve in their lifetime. We all want our children to be the happiest, healthiest and best that they can be.
All kids are special and I came up with the idea of Safe Inner Peace workshops to help us to help our children know that they are special and safe and loved.

My motivation is to assist families with young children (Pre-primary and Primary School age children) to get the most out of their lives. Children are UNIQUE and each everyone that come into the worlds has their "Happy and Sad' times. I asked my own two children what mattered most to them. "Feeling worth" and "Happiness" were at the top of their list.

Other areas I would like to assist children in (from experience in my clinic) are:
Increasing self esteem, overcoming fear, bringing about calmness, letting go, feeling safe, feeling and giving unconditional love and strength of character.

The workshops are aimed at removing: anxieties, fear, anger and low self esteem issues in Pre-primary and Primary School age children. The workshop environment aims to provide children with friendliness, fun, and nurturing. The workshops strive to bring about feelings of CALM, PEACE, SELF-WORTH, SAFETY and HAPPINESS.

Children take away a small simple gift to remind them of the workshop.

These workshops do not replace the role of Doctors and other professional clinical consultants but serve to work alongside the medical profession in a HOLISTIC alternative medical approach to Mind, Body and Spirit.

Parents and carers are welcome to join the workshops and indeed for pre-school children parents will be involved in the workshops.

WORKSHOPS AVAILABLE

There are 4 workshops available and numbers are limited to ensure that each child gets full attention.

1. Babies up to 3 years old

These workshops are one on one and involve the parent / carer.
The workshop is 45minutes duration. 
Cost $60.00

2. Pre-School Children up till they begin Kindergarten level at school

These workshops are for two age-matched children.
The workshop is 1-hour duration.
Cost $60.00
Fridays 10.00 - 11.00am

The next date is: Friday 14th March 2008

3. Kindergarten, Year One and Year Two Primary School Children

These workshops are for a maximum of six children.
The workshop is 1 ½ hour duration.
Cost $60.00
Thursdays 3.30 - 5.00pm

The next date is: Thursday 21st February 2008

4. Year Three, Four, Five and Six Primary School Children

These workshops are for a maximum of eight children.
The workshop is 1 ½ hour duration.
Cost $60.00
Thursdays 3.30 - 5.00pm

The next date is: Thursday 6th March 2008

Children Parties are also available on request and last 1 hour.
A maximum of twelve children is recommended.
Cost $30.00 per child.
Each child receives an individualised flower essence and a small crystal.

WHAT CAN YOUR CHILD EXPECT?

On arrival children are introduced to each other, while relaxing uplifting music plays.

A short group meditation follows and while we hold hands, a group goal is identified using Kinesiology.

Each child has a 15-minute Kinesiology healing while the remainder of the attendees work on the goal in detail using props, visualisations and drawing.

Refreshments of "Soul Hydration" and fruit are available throughout the workshop. The specific "Soul Hydration" is chosen alongside the group goal.

Whilst it is not necessary for you or your child to have a spiritual belief; the foundation for the work that I do as a Kinesiologist is based on my belief that we are all essentially "of spirit" and that we are in possession of a self-generating soul. I do not have an agenda to convert clients or workshop attendees; however inevitably in a healing session the subject of spirituality can often arise. If this is not a value that you share, please let me know at the commencement of the workshop, such that I do not cause offence to your family's beliefs.

WHAT IS SOUL HYDRATION?

Soul Hydration is simply bottled purified water that has been meditated on by a group of intuitive healers with the intention of providing for the greater good of the universe.
The variety of Soul Hydration is therefore variable and endless. Here are a few that might spark an interest in you for your path into the future:

CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS

The current statistics are showing that many adults suffer some form of mental illness, attention disorders, compulsive disorders and panic disorders at some point in their lives. How does these affect children?

Children too are requiring more assistance in some areas, and whilst "Safe Inner Peace" workshops can assist, they may only touch the surface in troubled children.

For this reason a tailor made program can be set up to assist such children. Equiessence Kinesiology has a trusted network of specific complementary alternative therapists that can be inter-referred.

Healing will not happen overnight in troubled children, but with the support of parents, teachers, carers and with gentle guided homework; a child be better equipped to enjoy the world around them than they were before.
