7 Universal Teachings
I have recently been listening to Caroline Myss’s “SACRED CONTRACTS” lecture and there was a part that I feel would benefit re-telling so that we can all benefit from it.
She spoke of seven (7) Universal Truths and Teachings – each one, related to a Chakra.
I interpreted these teachings are as follows:

I am safe and all is well |

| HONOUR ONE ANOTHER
Treat all life with honour |

| HONOUR ONESELF | (Solar Plexus Chakra) |

I transfer divinity through me to others |
(Heart Chakra) |
| SPEAK ONLY THE TRUTH | (Throat Chakra) |
| SURRENDER YOUR PERSONAL WILL TO
DIVINE WILL |
(Brow Chakra) |
| LIVE IN THE PRESENT MOMENT
Let go, discard old debts |
(Crown Chakra) |
If we can learn to live our life by these teachings or at least learn to develop them – we can strive towards an empowered spirit and biological balance.
In turn, we can then help others to become empowered too.
